The North Shore
Capital: Brindell
Ruling House: House Romanov-Black
The North Shore, also known as North Feyshore or Northshore, is a newly established coastal kingdom. After the fall of Feyshore, the nobles of the nation fled to the north, successfully establishing a divide and forming a new kingdom. The new seaside kingdom is known for having an excess of luxury and goods, as it is predominantly occupied by the wealthy. The nobles built the nation and are funding it with their incredible wealth and businesses. As such, the royals of this kingdom serve the best interests of the nobles above all. It is known for its beautiful castles, shopping, and eateries. The cost of living, however, is very inflated, not making it ideal for anyone in the working-class or lower. The capital city is Brindelle and House Black currently rules.

GEOGRAPHY
The North Shores is located on the West of Marin, along the South Sea. The upper peninsula includes the major cliff-side city of Trent. Rocky and windswept against the South Sea, Trent is home to the Northshore's seafarers and whalers. A stretch of heath's separates Trent from the kingdom's capital of Brindelle. The southern part of the kingdom is comprised of the Audeamus forest and the Lake Fey, which runs into Astoria.
Climate
Located along the South Sea, The North Shore is known for its stormy weather and high winds, particularly in Trent at the Northern point of the kingdom. The summers are pleasant and mild, while the winters see quite a bit of snowfall. The majority of the days are overcast with dark grey clouds that roll off of the sea. The sea itself is choppy and fierce, with large waves. The Lake Fey is the body of water that swimmers prefer in the North Shore.
Mornings are misty, often blanketed in fog. The afternoons are temperate and the evenings tend to be cool and windy.
ECONOMY
The economy is largely dependent on whaling, mining, and Lady Romanov's Perfumery. Lady Romanov is the maker and distributor of the finest perfumes in all of Marin. At a not-so-reasonable price, you, too, may smell like Marin's elite. Remember, if it's not from Lady Romanov's Perfumery, you definitely smell like pig shit.
CULTURE
The majority of the North Shore is made up of pure-blooded Feyorians. A small percentage of the population can trace their roots back to Azarya, most notably, House Romanov. It is rumored that those with Azarian blood are more magically inclined. The cosmopolitan areas of The North Shore are comprised of the nobles that fled Feyshore during the Fall.
Those who live in the Peninsula of Trent give their allegiance to neither Brindelle nor The North Shore itself. They are fiercely loyal to House Romanov, as House Romanovs' ancestors defeated the Waylor King of House Waylor.
Fey-Tongue, or Common, is the official language. The most old and noble houses pride themselves in speaking Old Feyorian.
Religion
The Southern Pantheon is majorly worshipped by the people of The North Shore. The royal family, House Black, are staunch followers of the Southern Pantheon and there are many festivals in honor of its gods.
The people of the Peninsula of Trent do not accept the Southern Pantheon and instead, follow the Old Fey gods.
